Temitope Richard-Banji is the Programme Manager for Enterprise at LEAP Africa. He is a graduate of Nottingham Business School, UK, where he obtained an MSc in Management and Investment Strategies. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Babcock University.
Professionally, he is an Associate Chartered Economist of the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria and a First Line Management professional of the Institute of Leadership and Management, (ILM) UK.
Due to his quest for success and passion for Enterprise development, He is currently running a PhD in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and SME Development at Babcock University.
Prior to joining LEAP Africa, he worked as a Management Consultant for BMC Global Services, Nottingham and Started up RB Alliance Consulting, Nottingham which focused on Learning and development through trainings personal consulting for startups. He has also worked as the Client Relationship Associate for Domestic and General Insurance, Wimbledon, UK and other financial institutions in Nigeria.
Temitope has several years of experience in Learning and development, People and Organizational Development, and investment Analysis, and facilitates many of LEAP’s Business Leadership and Employability trainings across Nigeria and Africa.
