Brenesii conducts scientific research on tropical forests in Costa Rica. They not only generate new data and knowledge about these ecosystems, but also work to share their research with a wider public. Through this outreach they aim to increase awareness of natural phenomenon, improve our ability to adapt to the changes these ecosystems are facing, and mitigate the negative impact of humans on the environment.
