Finca Margarita provides quality employment to low-income women, while also delivering entrepreneurship training and other supports to help them launch small businesses. They also work with these women’s children through programs that incentivize school attendance, and improve nutrition through home gardens.

CURRENT UPDATES

The social project of Finca Margarita's main objective is to create jobs for women in the municipality of Ojojona, enabling them to various workshops such as organic farming, breeding and raising broiler, bakery, packaging and others. inspiring them with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Similarly successful school programs for stability, children's recreation areas, Micro library and help with school supplies for their children so that they remain motivated develop.

In the homes of these women they are given a community garden with purely organic production to enhance food safety of each household.

Currently and in order to improve project metrics medical and psychological for effective control of every woman and child involved in the project brigades were employed.
