Muhammad leads Shabab Share, an organization that connects Amman's Youth to volunteer associations. The initiative holds activities and offers access to information on how to volunteer and create social change. Shabab Share also cooperate with a network of volunteer asscociations and helps them market their volunteer opportunities. To create furtehr social change, Mohamamd will spread awareness of youth volunteer activities through social media and continue to offer his organization's advice and support to young people. He would also like to create a database of youth organizations in Jordan and offer business solutions to youth associations and international organizations.
